I find 3/4 lead VC check, 1/4 angels tends to be the best way to fill out a round But in competitive rounds: megafunds will often try to eat the entire round. It's generally worth it to push back on this and leave room for angels And of course: do your diligence on the lead. Some megafunds in particular are notorious for promising the world and delivering very little in terms of help once the check lands. Or giving up on help once the going gets tough

A beautifully designed email client! Though in Alpha, it practically offers all needed features, exceeding most “stable” clients in daily use. Plus, it even uses less storage than other popular clients! @trysunflower

One of the few things I don't love about our industry is the idea that to do big things you have to be broken as a person in some way.
