Huh, this was one I remember comin & going from theaters quicker than you can say “they drew first blood”. Pretty sure I never watched it because of the bad press. Reading reviews, peeps be callin it First Blood meets The Fugitive. Had no idea! Guess I’ll have to give it a shot👍

Car, foot, bike, train, bridge, river etc.
Amazing how many great chase scenes Friedkin cooked up across the decades. Not just French Connection and To Live and Die and L.A. but JADE too.

Showed this movie to my old roommate who was blown away by it. He said "I thought it was just some random forgettable movie from the early 2000s". No man, this movie is still really great

Everything said here is true. The Hunted is much better than its 'lame Rambo ripoff/rehash' reputation, and it should be in the same conversation as William Friedkin's other great late-period films Bug and Killer Joe
