If & when this awful Labour Government hits 13% in the opinion polls there will have to be a General Election… Why? At or around that figure they’ll not be able to win a single seat in an Election. Therefore, they will’ve been 100% rejected by the electorate.

But its an opinion poll where all reformers are signed up to the pollsters. All Labour / Tory / Lib Dem / Green / SNP voters are not and if they were Reform would struggle to get over 20 seats at the next GE.

That’s not how our election systems works. Technically a party could hit 0% in opinion polls and still not have to call a General Election.

Well, I'm no math expert but if they had 13% in the opinion polls, as an example, they wouldn't have been 100% rejected by the electorate would they? By that logic, shouldn't be an election unless Reform poll 50% because they wouldn't have a majority. Just stupidity all around.

And that's why it'll use its majority to wait until the last possible minute to bring in PR. It's that or political oblivion and no politician will just lie back and let it happen. PR mean regional lists: that means the cabinet etc will be at the top of them and get reelected.
