Excited about s̶n̶o̶w̶ ̶l̶e̶o̶p̶a̶r̶d̶ saru by @wlovedaypowell I had the privilege of chatting with Will about it over lunch in SF while attending @Vercel AI Accelerator demo day in July. Will is both a great founder and a kind person! I may have recommended dropping "Snow" 🤭

This solo founder taught himself how to code last year. Now his open-source writing platform is taking on Google Docs, Substack & TipTap, powered by Groq. This is the story of William Loveday Powell and how he built Snow Leopard. 🧵👇

my internship at vercel has officially come to an end. it’s been one of the most intense and rewarding experiences i’ve had so far - from day one i was thrown into real problems, fast feedback loops, and working alongside some of the best builders in the game. during the past few months, i got to: – launch xai search – ship a bunch of new features for the ai sdk – help rewrite and improve the docs – fix bugs, polish edge cases, and support devs building on top – stay up way too many nights making sure ai sdk v5 shipped on time (yes, those commits at 3am were real) and the best part? this isn’t goodbye. i’m joining full-time at vercel super grateful to the team that believed in me, mentored me, challenged me - and somehow let me cook. heading to sf soon to finally meet @rauchg… maybe he’ll give me that badge i’ve been asking for 😭 the journey continues. let’s build. huge thanks to @rauchg @techwraith @lgrammel for making all this possible
moving on from o3 my model progression is as follows: 3.5 sonnet -> 2.5 pro -> o4 mini -> o3
