Danya was loved by all, such a pure soul, I wish this never happened, not so soon. it broke my heart to see him go at such a young age words kill people, and bullying shouldn't be taking so lightly Justice for Grandmaster Daniel Naroditsky.

I find it wild that chessdotcom made bullet chess popular but won't defend the art when old boomers think it can't be real.

You are such TRASH, chess dot com. Eleven months ago, GM Daniel Gormally literally warned everyone in a video called “Chess. com aren’t protecting Daniel Naroditsky.” He said Danya looked underweight, depressed, and on the verge of a breakdown. He even said — word for word — that it could end with Danya “topping himself” because of the constant accusations and pressure. You knew. And you did nothing. You let a delusional ex–world champion wage a lengthy psychological campaign against one of your most respected players: a man who embodied decency, calm, and respect for the game. Instead of stepping in, you watched it unfold. You platformed it. You monetized it. Every click, every “reaction,” every algorithmic push kept feeding the spectacle while a person’s mental health deteriorated in real time. And now that he’s gone, you’re trying to monetize his death with this hollow “tribute.” The same company that ignored every warning sign is suddenly heartbroken, producing polished grief for engagement. Spare us. You failed him when it mattered. piped.video/watch?v=sgCC7ho4…

Silence in life, praise in death — 18 months of public attacks from a so-called “psychopath,” and no one spoke up. Hypocrisy at its finest.

I've struggled mentally since the day I got the news. Had a twitter breakdown at the weekend, and this morning hurled stuff at work. Shouldn't happen to someone like Danya. The world is unfair and cruel. I have my birthday in an hour's time. I might get only a few of them left.

Aww, I’ll take “things that chess.com and @DanielRensch don’t actually care about” for 1,000 Ken. The harborer or cheaters on his platform. The sultan of based firing. King of playing the victim, can’t just admit his part in Daniel’s death and apologize. Nah.

💔GM Daniel Naroditsky’s passing shook the #chess♟ world. If relentless online hate helped push him there, then we all must rethink how we treat people behind the screen.🧠♟️No more public witch-hunts.💬No more unchecked bullying.💚More empathy, more support. #StopCyberbullying
